Christian Service Ministries

We are called to build the kingdom of God here on Earth.  Brick by brick, each of us is called to serve “the least of these,” to “hunger and thirst for justice,” to be a “peacemaker.” We have been called by God to promote human dignity in each person, made in the image and likeness of God, at all its stages, to defend those who are poor and on the fringes of society, and to seek the common good. At St. Regis, we call our parishioners to use their time and talent in words and deeds to show God’s goodness and love through service and outreach activities so that others can know and choose God

St. Regis Parish offers many ways to serve those in need. For more information, click the links on this page or contact Deacon Francis King at francis.king@stregis.org or (248) 646-2686 Ext. 4012.

Then the king will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father. Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.’…‘Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.’  (Mat 25:34-40)
