St. Regis Music Ministry
DIRECTOR
Bradley Lieto
Mr. Bradley Lieto lives his life mostly as a singer, pianist, voice teacher, vocologist and conductor. A tenor and teacher, he is an avid soloist, pianist, music director, master class teacher and pedagog. A native of Detroit, he has worked building many communities with music over the last few decades. A born collaborator, he often fills many roles of the musical landscape.
He holds the Bachelor of Music Education degree (choral) from Central Michigan University, as well as the Master's degree (Voice) from the University of Toledo where he was an assistant instructor. Recently, he completed coursework for the Doctoral degree in Voice at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music with a vocology distinction and is actively working on a dissertation.
Since coming on board to St. Regis in the summer of 2025, the program has grown to include a regular 30 member chorale, a regular contemporary ensemble, seasonal children's choir and a dedicated voice studio. Prior to his appointment at St. Regis he served as director of Music Ministries at St. Barnabas in Greenwood Indiana as well as St. Owen in Bloomfield Hills.

Sing
Chorale
The St. Regis Chorale is a home for all sorts of music making. We sing a variety of repertoire for masses and liturgies as well as music for concerts throughout our season. Currently at thirty members strong (and growing), we have all sorts of members from beginners to intermediate and even advanced level singers. We are committed to the act of service through song and dedicated to a weekly rehearsal process. So while the ability to read music is helpful it's certainly not necessary. We currently rehearse on Wednesdays around 6:45 and regularly sing the 10 AM Mass each Sunday from September to May. If you're interested in joining us, please email Brad at [email protected]

Lead
Cantors
The Cantoring Ministry at St. Regis supports the liturgy through sacred music and prayerful leadership. Cantors guide the assembly in singing the psalms, hymns, and acclamations, helping the faithful participate more fully in worship. This ministry is rooted in service, reverence, and a love for the Church’s musical tradition. If you are interested in sharing your gifts, please reach out to Brad.

Play
Instrumentalists
Instrumentalists support the prayer of the Church through musical accompaniment during liturgies. They help foster reverence, reflection, and active participation in worship. Whether piano, strings, brass, or other instruments, each musician shares in the liturgical life of the parish offering their skills in service to God and the community.

Learn
Children’s Choir
The Children’s Choir at St. Regis is a seasonal music ministry for young singers who wish to share their voices in worship. Throughout the liturgical year, the choir supports parish liturgies with age-appropriate sacred music, helping children grow in faith, confidence, and community. Rehearsals offer a supportive environment centered on learning, prayer, and joyful participation in the Church’s musical tradition. Families are invited to share their child’s gifts in this meaningful ministry.
